Plan the route. Validate both sides. Migrate with evidence.
Coordinate selected Google Workspace users and supported Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar and Google Photos workloads through source authorization, Microsoft 365 readiness and evidence-based results.
Migration orchestration—not permanent data storage.
From connection to verified results
Supported project planning
The route can include Gmail to Exchange Online, Google Drive to OneDrive, Google Contacts to Outlook Contacts and supported Google Calendar content. Google Photos complete-library migration uses a separate Takeout-based project because Google requires a user-created export.
Google authorization
A Workspace administrator supplies an authorized service account with domain-wide delegation for the selected organizational data. ElephantsData verifies the live APIs instead of assuming that a pasted scope is usable. Google Photos Takeout remains a user action and cannot be replaced by domain-wide delegation.
Cutover and incremental synchronization
Use a pre-stage migration for older content, review exceptions, then run the supported latest-changes operation near cutover. Provider quotas, source changes and Microsoft destination capacity can affect throughput, so large programs should be divided into monitored user batches.
