Authorized use
You may use ElephantsData only for systems, tenants, accounts and data for which you have lawful authority. You are responsible for user assignments, migration scope, provider licensing, administrator consent and the accuracy of source-to-destination mappings.
Customer responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate source and destination backups and retention.
- Validate noncritical pilot migrations before production cutover.
- Review preflight warnings, unsupported properties and reconciliation.
- Protect administrator accounts, credentials and downloaded packages.
- Comply with privacy, employment, records and data-transfer laws.
Migration behavior
Provider APIs, throttling, quotas, licensing and service availability can affect timing and fidelity. A completed status must be evaluated together with item counts, exceptions and reconciliation evidence. ElephantsData does not represent an unsupported workload as production-ready.
Security and destructive actions
You must keep access credentials confidential. Rollback, deletion and purge actions can modify destination data and require explicit authorization. Source data is not intentionally deleted by normal copy operations.
Availability and changes
We may update the service to address security, provider changes or product improvements. Planned maintenance will be communicated when reasonably practicable. Features identified as preview, conditional or unavailable must not be relied upon for production commitments.
Fees, suspension and termination
Commercial fees and service limits are defined in the applicable order or customer agreement. Access may be suspended for security threats, unlawful activity, nonpayment or material breach. On termination, customers should export required reports and request project purging.
Support and notices
Questions about these terms or the service can be submitted through the ElephantsData support page. A signed agreement may specify additional warranty, liability, governing-law and notice terms.
