ElephantsAccount delivery
A user creates an account online and verifies the registered email address. After successful verification and sign-in, the operator can create and manage migration projects within the permissions assigned to that isolated account.
Migration service availability
Migration functionality is delivered through the ElephantsData web application. Actual migration timing depends on customer configuration, provider authorization, licensing, API availability, throttling, data volume and successful preflight checks. Progress and reconciliation evidence are displayed in the application.
Support-payment confirmation
Optional support payments do not activate or change digital-service access. Razorpay displays payment confirmation after authorization, and the payment provider may send a receipt to the details supplied at Checkout. Payment questions can be sent to elephantsdata@gmail.com.
No shipping
ElephantsData does not sell or dispatch physical goods. Shipping, courier tracking and physical delivery timelines therefore do not apply.
Support response
For account or service-delivery problems, provide the account email, project ID and a sanitized description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API secrets, private keys or customer migration content.
