Is ElephantsData email migration software free?
ElephantsData is currently free to use. Optional coffee contributions support the platform. Microsoft, Google, Zoho, storage, network or other provider charges may still apply.
Can ElephantsData migrate Rediffmail email?
Yes, when the mailbox plan provides compatible authenticated access. Use the Rediffmail or IMAP route, test the connection and run a pilot before migrating all mailboxes.
What does an IMAP email migration include?
IMAP generally transfers messages and folders exposed by the source server. Contacts, calendars, rules, delegates and online archives require separate or provider-specific handling.
Does ElephantsData permanently store customer email?
No. ElephantsData orchestrates a controlled source-to-destination migration pipeline; it is not a permanent email storage or backup service.
