Important boundaries

A connected provider is not automatically migration-ready

Use the live project preflight to verify the actual tenant and selected workload before scheduling production data.

IMAP scope

Standard IMAP does not include contacts, calendars, rules, delegates or native online archives.

Provider controls

Licensing, API limits, throttling, storage quotas and tenant policies continue to apply.

Destination readiness

Users, mailboxes and drives must exist, be licensed and have enough capacity.

Outcome evidence

Unavailable workloads remain unavailable instead of being presented as successfully migrated.

Not sure which route fits?

Validate a small pilot first

Choose the closest guide, create a project and use preflight to expose route-specific blockers before moving production data.
