01

Prepare Zoho Mail access

Confirm that the source organization and mailbox plan permit the required Zoho or IMAP access. Validate every selected source identity and credential path before scheduling production mailboxes.

02

Prepare Microsoft 365 destinations

Each mapped destination user needs an active Exchange Online mailbox, sufficient quota and the effective permissions required by the selected route. ElephantsData reports readiness failures before transfer begins.

03

Run and reconcile the migration

Checkpointed jobs expose mailbox progress, retries, skipped items and failures. Review the reconciliation output and complete a latest-changes pass before the final cutover.

04

Understand IMAP limitations

When Zoho mail is read through standard IMAP, the scope is messages and folders exposed by that protocol. Contacts, calendars, rules, delegates and applications require separate supported routes and validation.
