Microsoft 365 migration tool for controlled cloud moves

ElephantsData helps IT teams map selected users, verify destination readiness, run supported workloads and review transfer evidence before declaring a Microsoft 365 migration complete.

Migration routes into Microsoft 365

A Microsoft 365 project can receive supported data from Google Workspace, another Microsoft 365 tenant, Zoho or a standard IMAP mailbox. Available workloads depend on the selected provider route and the permissions granted by both organizations.

  • Gmail API or IMAP mailbox transfer into Exchange Online.
  • Google Drive or supported cloud-file transfer into OneDrive.
  • Supported contacts and calendar routes with explicit limitations.
  • Google Photos complete-library export into a dedicated OneDrive folder.

Readiness before transfer

ElephantsData checks mapped destination users, licenses, application permissions, Exchange access and OneDrive availability. A green connection alone does not replace workload preflight: each selected route must prove the access it will use during migration.

Operational evidence

Jobs expose user-level progress, transferred bytes, checkpoints, retries, skipped items and failures. Reports separate mailbox and file outcomes so operators can investigate exceptions and run incremental synchronization without silently treating partial work as complete.
